Fallowing Space ("we", operated by [your business name]) makes practice software for therapists. This page explains what data we handle. It is written in plain English; please contact us with any questions.

Your clients' data stays on your device

The app stores everything you enter — client details, session notes, appointments, invoices and settings — in local storage on the device where you use it. This information is not transmitted to us and we have no access to it. You are the data controller for your clients' information; you are responsible for keeping backups and for safeguarding the device.

What we do collect

Purchase and licence information. When you buy a licence, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record) processes your payment and issues your licence key. We receive your name, email and order details to manage your licence and support. See Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Licence activation. When you activate the app, it checks your licence key with the licensing service so we can confirm it is valid. This does not include any of your clients' data.
Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to help you.
Website analytics. Our marketing site may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and standard server logs.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you (your purchase and contact details), and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our need to keep records of sales. Contact us at [your contact email].
